Paul is a Professional Agrologist, Professional Biologist and Certified Agricultural Consultant, specializing in biophysical inventory and mapping, environmental impact assessment, and land reclamation. As the company President and one of the original, founding partners of Talisman (formed in 1976), Paul provides project coordination and review on most of our consulting assignments.

In addition to his project coordination functions, Paul has participated in many public and judicial inquiries as an expert witness on environmental matters before all levels of government, the provincial and federal court systems, the B.C Environmental Assessment Office, the B.C. Expropriation Board, the B.C. Agricultural Land Commission, and the B.C. Utilities Commission.
